The world is run by IDIOTS!

I can't believe thay got rid of Cle n Australian Idol - she was the best one. Anybody who can't see she was the most popstar out of the whole bunch is a fool.
In delightful news, proving every ying has a yang, Lauren was booted. I'm sorry, but when she couldn't sing her song I laughed. That is completely evil, and why I should dislike her that much is slightly deranged and stupid, but I laughed. It was such car crash TV. And then Cle tried to help her sing - and I was saying, "See, you FOOLS? See how cool she is?!"
But really, Idol is too much for me. I hate the voting off. I want Young Talent Time back, so that they can all sing fun songs together and do bad choreography on the chair.
And they can audition new members, and say goodbye to boring ones every so often, but it will be all together more fun.

Idol chatter

Okay, it's time to talk Australian Idol again.
The biggest surprise for me is Shannon. He is awesome. He did Moving Picture's "What About Me" tonight, and it was an awesome choice for him. I thought LRB's "Hold On" last week was great too, whatever Dicko said.
He's awesome, because he's a farmer, but he's cool, and he sings so beautifully, and he knows what songs he can sing, and he's a tops bogan.
I just hope Shannon doesn't become a country singer like Mark keeps saying. What a waste that would be.
Lauren, though, is God AWFUL. I don't get why the judges like her. She has no presence, no charisma, bug eyes, and is just plain boring. I don't know if she realised "Lady Marmalade" is about a prostitute, but I really wanted to point it out to her. She flopped dully on stage, and while she can sing, she has no phrasing ability what-so-ever.
Cle, I thought, did well with a song that is all whispers and moans - Janet's "That's The Way Love Goes" - not a good choice. But the judges hammered her. Idiots.
Levi, meanwhile, did Justin's "Rock Your Body", which seems like a good idea until you saw his performance and he struggled with the key the whole way. The judges loved him, but he was pez. I like him a lot, and know he can do better, but ... pez.
